While some brand DEI initiatives stop at diverse representation in casting, Humanity aims to go further. Our goal is to transform the narrative, embedding diversity deeply into the stories brands tell, the methods of storytelling, and the storytellers themselves.
Humanity Unity is an advisory panel designed to bring diverse voices and perspectives into the strategy and creative work we do at Humanity, fostering positive change. It is comprised of leaders from various communities who serve as an intellectual and cultural resource, guiding our brand transformation strategies and creative efforts through their lived experiences and insights.
By sharing these experiences and acting as a community of communities, Humanity Unity helps brands connect and communicate more authentically and effectively with the people they aim to engage.
